Shipping & Returns


    Our estimated delivery dates are based on the following factors: processing time for your order, the shipping options you've chosen and the destination address(NO PO BOX, NO MILITARY ADDRESS). You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

    Processing Time

    Processing time differs from product to product, with the average estimated processing time about 7-20 working days. Some popular styles can be shipped out 3-5 working days, while engraved or custom orders may take up to 25 working days.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your PayPal email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

    *DHL Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Free Standard Shipping method.

    Please note that the above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Hearttell Jewelry cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Hearttell Jewelry will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.


    We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Hearttell Jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.

    If you would like to request an exchange, instead of a return, please contact one of our representatives within 48 hours of receiving your order. Hearttell Jewelry will cover the back and forth shipping fees by regular mail under the following circumstances:

    1.You received the wrong item.
    2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.

    When requesting an exchange, customers will be responsible for back and forth shipping fees under the following circumstances:

    1. Customer ordered the wrong size.
    2. Customer does not like the item in person.

    Please note: Items can be exchanged more than once. The time frame for this must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

    If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

    Impor tant:

    1.Items must be returned with jewelry tag still attached. Tag should not be removed until you are positive that you would like to keep your item. If purchasing a ring, the tag does not impact how the ring fits.
    2.All customized items, including customized size, engraved, customized color, customized stone cut, customized stone size, are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.
    Custom sizes are all of other sizes except the following:
    Women Sizes: 5, 5¼, 5¾, 6, 6¼, 6¾, 7, 7¼, 7¾, 8, 8¼, 8¾, 9, 9¼, 9¾
    3.Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be returned again.

    Please note:

    1.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
    2.When returning or exchanging items, customers must contact one of our representatives for the return shipping address.
    3.Items that are not eligible for shipping fee refunds will not have the Expedited or Standard Shipping fee returned to them. Customers who chose free shipping on their order will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from their refund.
    4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has to track on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
    5.Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
